3-Hour Illinois Concealed Carry Training Course

This course leads to a 3-Hour Illinois Concealed Carry Training Course Certificate of the required subjects, to renew your Illinois Concealed Carry Permit (CCW) from the State Of Illinois. The course objectives is to refresh/teach an individual the basic knowledge, skill and attitude necessary to continue to be a safe and responsible gun owner. It will cover the following topics: legal use of a firearms, ethics of firearms, firearms safety, liability while armed and the use of deadly force.

  • The total cost of the one (1) day session is $75. The first 2 hrs. are in class and the 3rd hour is at the range.
  • Classes are held at 3004 W Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60618.
  • We ask all students to arrive 9:30 AM, Classes starts promptly at 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in classroom and then we go directly to the range GAT Guns 970 Dundee Ave, East Dundee, IL 60118.
  • Classes are weekly and are held on Mondays. Select the date of your choice
  • Renewal class MUST be taken before your permit expires. If you submit your renewal application prior to expiration, your card will remain in an ACTIVE status while ISP process your application. If you allow your card to expire, you will need to retake the 16 hour training all over again.
